Light, fruity shrimp-melon salad - perfect for the summer!
Wash the shrimps, dab dry and mix with finely diced garlic and olive oil. Grill them on the plate until they have a nice orange colour.
Peel melon, remove seeds and cut into equal cubes, heat briefly on the plate and season with curry.
Halve the lettuce heart in the middle and rub with oil and salt on the cut surface, grill sharply on the plate and turn. Finally, pour the vinegar and lemon juice onto the cut side and let it simmer again briefly over a mild heat. Cut off the stalk and place 2 leaves on each plate. Arrange the melon in it and arrange the shrimps on top.
Spread the baguette with butter and add the garlic. Grill indirectly.
TIP: Instead of watermelon you can also use another kind of melon.
